Jacob Sheehan
Co-Founder & Director
Jacob's journey in construction began at age 13, fueled by a passion for building. With formal training from RMIT and hands-on experience at a leading luxury firm, he evolved from project coordinator to project manager, ultimately becoming a co-founder and owner of Luxform Built.
Jacob's experience with complex residential builds has equipped him with a deep understanding of managing intricate architectural details, as well as a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Richard Caruso
Co-Founder & Director
Richard, a former carpenter specializing in heritage renovations, complements Jacob's expertise. His progression from site manager to project manager led him to being co-founder and owner of Luxform Built.
Richard brings a deep understanding of both traditional craftsmanship and modern construction techniques as well as over 20 years' experience.

- Step 5: Fixed Tender Quote
- Once designs are near-final, we'll present a fixed tender quote, giving you clear financial expectations.
- Step 6: Contract Signing and Project Start
- After approving the quote, we'll finalize the contract and set a start date, officially launching your project.
- Step 7: Project Completion & Handover

Luxform Built recently completed for us the renovation of two East Melbourne apartments to the highest level of master workmanship. From the onset Richard and Jacob presented themselves as the type of approachable, engaging and professional builders that we could trust our project to - and we were never disappointed. Throughout the building works, conducted within a 1930’s block of flats, the team made sure that every detail was covered and especially ensured a smooth experience not only for us but for the other residents in the building. We are delighted with the finish, which has exceeded our expectations, and beautifully brought to life the vision we shared with our architect. Jacob and Richard are amazing, from their professional lovely manner to the quality of their trades and final product. We used them to renovate our house and turn our shed into a multi-purpose gym/office/spareroom. Jacob is a project managing machine, flexing timing of things to accommodate unforeseen delays which meant we finished on time and on our budget.
